Link4Growth is open to all and we often use the term “Everyone is welcome”, but what does that actually mean?

We appreciate that human experience is diverse and this is what makes L4G work!

However, as a community, we have a duty to care and nurture each other. The 7 Principles that underpin Link4Growth absolutely reinforce the message of equality and inclusivity.

We advocate a no tolerance policy towards any forms of racisim, ableism, discrimination towards sexuality or gender identiy, bullying, or any other discriminatory practices.

As previously mentioned, L4G is open to all, and this more than includes those who are part of minority groups who may struggle to find the necessary support in other communities. We would love to see you join our family and experience the benefits of L4G, under the knowledge that it is a safe place for you.
